This is becoming a big inconvenience for us as the last several times we've had large mtgs
the AC is not working. Robin and Bob were going to speak with George about it - but
hopefully there is something being done to help remedy the situation.

We will do our best to notify you when the AC goes out, but due to the unpredictability of
the power outages that usually cause the malfunction, we unfortunately have just as much

Julie - was there another issue with the HVAC over the weekend? None of our AC is working
in our offices.

Do tenants typically get notified when building issues occur?

Please advise. We have a very important meeting onsite, which can draw as many as 30+
people, on Thursday and would hope this could be resolved before then.
